Hi. If you only have 6GB of free space for the scratch disk you're going to run into issues on an operating system level never mind Photoshop, you need to free up space on your system drive, you really need at least 100GB of free space for the scratch disk.
3 GB free is nowhere near enough space for scratch disk. On opening Photoshop here I see 5GB scratch disk used and during use, often see it climb to 15-20 GB. If you cannot open Photoshop to change the disk, hold down Ctrl and Alt as you open it to get the scratch disk settings. Dave.
